Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Although Ashley hasn't talked much about her parents she has credited her grandfather with the birth of her desire to work out, as he was a popular bodybuilder in his 30s and 20s. Ashley was always physically active. When she was four, she started to swim and did so for 10 years. Though she competed in a variety of competitions but she was not dedicated enough to stick to the right diet to allow her body to be the best it could. Her beautiful appearance and slim physique made her famous while she was in high school. But it is unknown whether Ashley was ever involved with someone during that time. Ashley did not decide to go to the university after graduating and instead focused on her modelling career as a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 when she realized she wasn't happy with how her body appeared. Encouraged by her grandfather she decided to join the gym but took the advice of her grandfather and began gradually. What she did not know was that she was going to be spending the next 9 years building her physique and slowly becoming a fitness icon. Ashley attended the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships 2014. She finished 7th. This was an inspiration to her to work harder and train more. Ashley won the fifth spot at the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Following this she decided not to continue competing. There were offers to do photography shoots during her time participating, however she didn't want to mix up her jobs, but after she had stopped competing, she decided to become a fitness model. The cover of her shoot was featured in a well-known fitness magazine that started her fitness modeling career. She signed with an agency right following. Modeling career has grown since then. Models have modelled in bikinis for renowned brands of clothing, and has appeared on the cover of popular magazines.
