Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known role is that of Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura, which is a part of the HBO show Big Love and Francine Hanson on the AMC show Mad Men. Anne Dudek was an American actor who is best known for her character Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 comedy White Chicks. She is also popular for her television roles as the character Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Growing up in Massachusetts Dudek studied at Northwestern University where she got her first acting role in the theatrical production of The Iphigenia Cycle. The production was staged in New York City, the production was withdrawn from Broadway where Dudek was awarded the Joseph E. calloway award and American Theater Magazine profiled her as a young actor to be able to watch. Dudek was able to land performances on television and the big screen. From 2008 until 2016, the talented actress married Matthew Heller. Dudek, born March 22 1975, was born from Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. She studied at Northwestern University and appeared in many theater performances. Their Broadway debut came in Wrong Mountain, in 2000. The performance in 2000 as The Glass Menagerie won her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. She then appeared on television beginning with the British comedy-drama The Book Group. Her guest appearances since then have been in a variety of TV programs, such as Desperate Houswives: Charmed Bones Numb3rs Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. Dudek also played Lucinda Barry on the first episode of Psych and then a schoolteacher who shares a sexual encounter to one of her pupils on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek was then offered a regular role in House from its fourth season. She played Amber Volakis one of forty physicians under consideration by Doctor. Gregory House for permanent posts as part of his team. Her character remained on screen throughout the entire season, but she was then killed off in the two-part finale House's Head as well as Wilson's Heart. Dudek would appear as a haunted figure by House in the episode of the fifth season Saviors and would return as a hallucination for the remainder of the series. Dudek appeared later in Mad Men, as the neighbor next door Francine Hanson. In addition, she was the antagonistic wife of Alby Grant in Big Love. Both roles were repeated. Dudek was then cast in Covert Affairs as Danielle Brooks she was the daughter of the main character. Dudek also appeared in other movies, playing Tiffany Wilson the cruise-line heir in the 2004 comedy White Chicks. And she also played Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
